The service includes: cylinder and bottom blade being reground and set for the perfect cut, fresh oil & filter, new spark plug, and finally all cables, belts, tensioners and gears checked and fine tuned. These mowers are fantastic and will last a lifetime if looked after properly. If you're not mechanically minded this may not be the machine for you. If you're looking for a machine that you pull out the shed, mow the grass and then shove back in the shed - this isnt the machine for you. These mowers require a certain standard of general maintenance, like keeping the blades clean and draining the fuel before winter. As you use the machine more regularly you may have to adjust the cylinder, or adjust the the drive or blade cables. Its pretty basic maintenance but its not for everyone. The 14Sk cylinder mower can quickly be transformed into a powered lawn scarifier with an optional 14 inch scarifier cartridge (SCARIFIER NOT INCLUDED).
